I believe growth should be thoughtful, well-planned, and rooted in what’s best for the people who call Versailles home. Every decision should be informed, intentional, and based on how it impacts our residents, our infrastructure, and our quality of life.

I’m not interested in growth for the sake of growth. I believe in asking the right questions, exploring all options, and finding solutions that balance progress with preservation. Versailles has a character and charm that make it special, and protecting that while planning responsibly for the future matters to me.

Versailles should continue to grow in a way that feels true to who we are. By working together, we can make decisions that respect our town’s history while building a strong, sustainable future. I want Versailles to stay…VERSAILLES.   

Local business, industry, and agriculture are essential cogs that keep the Versailles machine running. From our downtown storefronts to business throughout the area, along with our farms and growing industries, each plays a role in our town’s economy and identity.

I’m passionate about supporting both our existing businesses and those looking to invest in Versailles’s future. Strong communication, collaboration, and fair opportunity matter if we want long-term success. Everyone deserves a seat at the table, because when business owners, farmers, industry leaders, and city leadership work together, Versailles is stronger for it.

Supporting our law enforcement officers and firefighters is vital to the safety and well-being of Versailles. We are fortunate to have dedicated men and women who serve our community every day.

As mayor, I will work to ensure our first responders have the resources, training, and support they need to do their jobs safely and effectively, so they can continue protecting our citizens and serving our community with pride.  

I believe every part of Versailles should feel connected and included. I want to support all events in every corner of our community, opportunities for families to come together, and enjoy everything our town has to offer. Strong community connections make Versailles a place everyone belongs.

I believe serving as mayor means being a careful steward of the resources entrusted to us. Every dollar the city spends comes from our residents, our families, and our local businesses, and it deserves to be managed with care, transparency, and purpose.

Smart leadership means looking beyond the short term and asking how today’s decisions will affect Versailles five, ten, and twenty years down the road. I will support thoughtful budgeting, responsible planning, and open communication so residents understand not just what decisions are being made, but why.

Versailles deserves leadership that treats public resources with the same care and responsibility families and business owners use in their own lives.

In my mind, but more importantly in my heart, I can’t imagine making decisions without first gathering all the information I can. Your voice and perspective will guide me to make the best choices possible. Leaning on our community, the council, and the professionals around me is key to ensuring every decision serves Versailles well.
